| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů manažerského účetnictví v zemědělském podniku. Cílem práce je provést kritickou analýzu informačního systému zemědělského družstva PD Pinkovce, a to primárně z hlediska informačních potřeb managementu. Práce se věnuje dvěma hlavním okruhům, a to systému kalkulací a systému rozpočtů. V rámci systému kalkulací je zpracována absorpční kalkulace a je řešen problém alokace nákladů. Je navrhnut i alternatívní přístup přiřazovaní nákladů na bázi aktivit. V rámci systému rozpočtů je zdůrazněn variantní přístup k tvorbě rozpočtů a rozpočty peněžních toků. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the use of the managerial accounting tools at the agricultural enterprise. Thesis contains analysis of the information system at the cooperative farm PD Pinkovce. Two main topics discussed is the use of cost calculation system and budgeting system in the environment of the given cooperative farm. The proposed cost calculation system uses full absorption costing formula and deals with the issue of accurate cost allocation. Use of activity based costing system is also examined and proposed. Budgeting system deals mainly with variant based approach to budgeting and cashflow budgeting. |
