| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provést finanční analýzu hospodaření společnosti ZOOT a.s. (dále jen „Společnost“) v letech 2013 až 2018 a zmapovat následné insolvenční řízení. Principiálně sestává ze dvou částí. První část „ekonomická analýza“ obsahuje kapitoly věnující se identifikaci této Společnosti, provedení finanční analýzy účetních výkazů a vyšetření jejího hospodaření, aplikaci bankrotních a bonitních modelů a pojednání o ekonomickém úpadku Společnosti a jeho příčinách (jak z hlediska dlouhodobého, tak z hlediska krizového roku 2018). V druhé části práce „insolvenční řízení“ se pak věnuji úpadku Společnosti z pohledu následného řízení. Tato část začíná okamžikem vyhlášení moratoria na majetek Společnosti, pokračuje podáním návrhu na insolvenční řízení, dále analýzou reorganizačního plánu a končí srovnáním míry uspokojení pohledávek věřitelů, při řešení úpadku reorganizací a konkursem. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to perform financial analysis of the company ZOOT a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the „Company“) between years 2013 –2018 and to analyze the subsequent insolvency. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part „economic analysis“ contains chapters devoted to the identification of the Company, financial analysis of accounting statements, application of bankruptcy and scoring models and analysis of the economic decline of the Company and its causes (from long-term as well as 2018 crisis year perspective). In the second part „insolvency proceedings“ I deal with the insolvency of the Company from the perspective of subsequent process. This part begins with the declaration of moratorium on the Company's assets, continues with the insolvency proposal, analysis of the reorganization plan, and ends with a comparison of satisfaction degree of creditors' claims when solving insolvency by reorganization and bankruptcy. |
