| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá investičními fondy s právní osobností a jejich vztahy se spojenými osobami. Investiční fondy jsou teoreticky popsány z pohledu související obchodní, účetní a daňové problematiky. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu investičních fondů s právní osobností. Úvodní část analýzy obsahuje rozbor skladby majetku investičních fondů a využité zdroje financování. Následná analýza se zabývá vybranými investičními fondy s převažujícím dlouhodobým hmotným majetkem, u nichž jsou podrobně analyzovány výnosy, náklady a související vztahy se spojenými osobami. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with investment funds with legal personality and their relations with related parties. Investment funds are theoretically described in terms of related business, accounting and tax issues. The practical part is focused on the analysis of investment funds with legal personality. The introductory part of the analysis includes an analysis of the composition of investment fund assets and liabilities. Following analysis deals with selected investment funds with dominant tangible assets, for which revenues, expenses and relationships with related parties are analyzed in detail. |
