| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interního auditu se zaměřením na IT oblast. V teoretické části je nastíněna historie interního auditu, jeho úloha a funkce v rámci společnosti. Dále je pojednáno o profesních organizacích, regulaci a metodikách v oblasti IT auditu. Praktická část obsahuje krátké představení auditního týmu působícího v rámci České pojišťovny a.s., jeho zařazení a úlohu v rámci společnosti. Dále se zaměřuje na vysvětlení auditní činnosti a aplikovaných postupů. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná realizaci vzorové auditní zakázky dle postupů útvaru Interního auditu v České pojišťovně a metodiky skupinového interního auditu Generali. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis describes internal audit with focus on IT area. The theoretical part outlines the history of internal audit, its role and function within the company. Further, professional organizations, regulation and methodologies in the field of IT audit are discussed. The practical part contains a brief introduction of the audit team operating within Česká pojišťovna a.s., its organizational classification and role within the company. It also focuses on explaining audit work and applied procedures. The last chapter is devoted to the realization of a sample audit engagement according to the procedures of the Internal audit department in Česká pojišťovna and the methodology of group internal audit Generali. |
