Diplomová práce sedělí do 7 částí – zadání práce, základního představení společnosti, finanční analýzy, strategickéanalýzy, generátorů hodnot, finančního plánu a závěrečného ocenění podniku. Hlavní použitoumetodou je DCF entity a jako doplňková metoda je použito tržní porovnání. |
