| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Význam předmětu Fiktivní firma ve výuce na středních školách v České republice si klade za cíl zhodnotit předpoklady pro výuku předmětu Fiktivní firma na středních školách, zkoumat průběh výuky tohoto předmětu a identifikovat silné a slabé stránky ve výuce probíhající na středních školách v České republice. Zavádění předmětu Fiktivní firma do vzdělávacích plánů na středních školách si dává za cíl zkvalitnění výchovy k podnikavosti a získání klíčových kompetencí pro budoucí uplatnění absolventů různých typů škol na trhu práce. V úvodu diplomové práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy spolu s opodstatněním důležitosti výchovy k podnikavosti. Následuje rozbor předpokladů pro výuku tohoto předmětu a teoretických doporučení pro efektivní průběh výuky. Hlavní část práce je věnována porovnání plnění stěžejních teoretických předpokladů pro úspěšnou výuku předmětu s hlavními rysy reálně probíhající výuky. Následně jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky výuky předmětu Fiktivní firma a v závěru jsou uvedena doporučení pro efektivnější plnění výchovně-vzdělávacích cílů, které si předmět klade. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis „Importance of the subject Student (Fictitious) Firm in Teaching at Secondary Schools in the Czech Republic“ aims to evaluate the prerequisites for teaching the subject Student (Fictitious) Firm at Secondary Schools, to research the course of teaching this subject and to identify strengths and weaknesses in teaching at secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The introduction of the subject Student (Fictitious) Firm into the curriculum at secondary schools aims to improve the education of entrepreneurship and acquire key competencies for the future employment of graduates of various types of schools at the labor market. In the introduction of the thesis there are defined the basic concepts together with the justification of the importance of entrepreneurship education. The following part focuses on an analysis of the prerequisites for teaching this subject and theoretical recommendations for effective teaching. The main part of the thesis is devoted to comparison of the fulfillment of the basic theoretical prerequisites for successful teaching of the subject with the main features of the real teaching. Subsequently, the strengths and weaknesses of the course "Student (Fictitious) Firm" are identified and at the end there are recommendations for more effective fulfillment of the educational goals set by the course. |
