| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou a využitím plánů a rozpočtů k řízení podniku. Konkrétně charakterizuje systém plánů a rozpočtů a posuzuje jejich význam, popisuje nedostatky tradičního přístupu a uvádí další metody plánování a rozpočtování. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na strategické rozpočtování, jež je aplikované v praktické části, kde je nejprve analyzován vybraný podnik a následně je navržen prvotní rozpočet k dosažení stanoveného cíle za určité prognózované období. |

| Abstract: | The submitted bachelor thesis focuses on the creation and usage of plans and budgets in business management. This thesis concentrates on the value of the system of planning and budgeting and their importance, describing the traditional approach as well as introducing other methods of planning and budgeting. It focuses mainly on strategical budgeting as well as applying the gathered knowledge in the practical part of the thesis. The selected company was firstly analyzed including the financial structure, the market position, and the factors. The budget is introduced in the practical chapter of the thesis. |
