| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku investice do podílových fondů a následně na analýzu investování do technologických fondů ve Spojených státech a dalších zemích. První část diplomové práce je věnována teoretickému poznání kolektivního investování, jeho historii, právní stránce, výhodám a nevýhodám a následně i různým typům fondů. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na technologické fondy a jejich druhy. Třetí kapitola se věnuje různým možnostem měření výkonnosti podílových fondů. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje na analýze a porovnání výkonnosti existujících technologických fondů ve Spojených státech. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the issue of investment in mutual funds and subsequently on the analysis of investment in technology funds in the United States and other countries. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of collective investment, its history, legal aspects, advantages and disadvantages, and, subsequently, various types of funds. The second chapter is focused on technology funds and their types. The third chapter deals with multiple possibilities of measuring the performance of mutual funds. The final part is devoted to the analysis and comparison of the performance of existing technology funds in the United States. |
