| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti JetBrains s.r.o. Na základě vybraných konkurentů je zpracována finanční analýza, kde dochází k potvrzení předpokladu going koncern. Na finanční analýzu navazuje strategická analýza, která předpovídá tempo růstu tržeb a potvrzuje možnost použití metody DCF. V generátorech hodnoty dochází k predikci hlavních proměnných pro ocenění. Společnost je oceněna za použití metody DCF entity a WACC. Jako doplňkové slouží tržní ocenění. Poté je stanovena výsledná hodnota. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the valuation of the company JetBrains s.r.o. Based on the selected competitors, the financial analysis where the assumption of going concern is confirmed is produced. The financial analysis is followed by the strategic analysis, which estimates the growth rate of sales and confirms the possibility of using the DCF method. In the generators of value, the prediction of the main variables for the valuation is done. The company is evaluated using the DCF entity method and WACC. Additionally, the market valuation is used. After that, the final value is determined. |
