| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných reportingových nástrojů, konkrétně se jedná o IBM Cognos Analytics, SAS Visual Analytics a Tableau.Práce nejprve zasazuje reportingové nástroje do kontextu oblasti Business Intelligence a Self-Service Business Intelligence. Dále je provedena analýza trhu oblasti Business Intelligence. Následně jsou podrobně popsány jednotlivé nástroje, jejich architektura a moduly, ze kterých se skládají. V další části práce je vytvořena metodika pro porovnání nástrojů, která se skládá z jednotlivých kritérií rozdělených do 5 kategorií – tvorba datového zdroje, zabezpečení dat, tvorba výstupů, využití výstupů a komunita. Pomocí dané metodiky jsou nástroje bodově a slovně ohodnoceny. Poslední část práce je věnována předávání autorových zkušeností a praktických tipů s nástroji jejich potencionálním uživatelům. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the analysis of selected reporting tools, namely IBM Cognos Analytics, SAS Visual Analytics and Tableau.The thesis first puts reporting tools in the context of Business Intelligence and Self-Service Business Intelligence. Furthermore, the market analysis of Business Intelligence is performed. Subsequently, the individual tools, their architecture and modules are described in greater detail. In the next part of the thesis a methodology for tools comparison is created, which consists of individual criteria divided into 5 categories – data source creation, data security, creation of outputs, use of outputs and community. Using the given methodology, the tools are scored and verbally evaluated. The last part of the thesis is devoted to passing author's experience and practical tips with the tools to their potential users. |
