| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku vlivu ženského cyklu na pracovní výkon. Teoretická část práce se věnuje postavením žen v managementu, definici a hodnocení pracovního výkonu, charakteristice self-managementu a fyziologickým specifikům žen. Práce je kvalitativní empirickou studií a má za cíl zjistit, zda symptomy spojené s menstruačním a ovariálním cyklem ovlivňují pracovní výkon žen na pozicích střední-ho managementu za využití propojení metod individuálního hodnocení pracovního výkonu a self-managementu. Součástí výzkumné části jsou také řízené rozhovory s gynekologickými. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou následně zodpovězeny stanovené výzkumné otázky a formulována doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of the influence of the female cycle on work performance. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the position of women in management, definition of work performance and individual work performance questionnaire, characteristics of self-management and physiological specifics of women. The thesis is a qualitative empirical study and aims to find out whether menstrual and ovarian cycle symptoms affect work performance of women in middle management positions and use the method of individual rating of work performance and self-management. The research also includes controlled interviews with gynecologists. Based on the research results, the research questions are answered and formulated recommendations. |
