| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou fluktuace a motivace pracovníků na back-office pozicích v hotelnictví. Shrnuje obecné informace o organizačním uspořádání personálu v hotelu a některá specifika zaměstnávání v oboru hotelnictví. Dále se zabývá vybranými tématy z oboru personalistiky (odměňování, fluktuace, employer branding a personální marketing). Odpovědi na otázky stanovené v úvodu pomáhá odhalit primární a sekundární výzkum. V závěru jsou na základě zjištění stanoveny možnosti pro nápravu nejčastějších problémů a další doporučení pro oblast personálního řízení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic employee turnover and motivation in hotel back-office. It summarizes main information about organizational stucture in hotel and some other specifics of employment in hospitality industry. It also deals with selected topics from human resource management (reward management, employee turnover, employer branding and HR marketing). Primary and secondary research helps with finding answers to questions set out in the introduction. Based on the findings, suggestions for solving the most common problems are made. |
