| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na finanční náročnost získání zaměstnání na pozici dopravní pilot. Cílem práce je zjistit přibližné náklady na získání tohoto zaměstnání a očekávanou dobu návratnosti těchto nákladů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část přináší obecné informace o výkonu práce dopravního pilota s důrazem na různé druhy pilotních licencí a kvalifikací a pilotních výcviků. Praktická část zahrnuje stručnou analýzu a srovnání nabídky vybraných leteckých škol s důrazem na finanční stránku. Dále obsahuje vyhodnocení kvalitativního výzkumu formou řízených rozhovorů s dopravními piloty, které byly zvoleny jako metoda pro naplnění cíle práce. Výstupem práce jsou odpovědi na výzkumné otázky týkající se finanční náročnosti získání zaměstnání dopravního pilota a očekávané doby návratnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on financial demands of getting a job of the airline pilot. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the approximate costs of getting this job position and the expected return period of these costs. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part brings general information about the job performance of an airline pilot focusing primarily on different types of pilot licences and ratings and pilot trainings. The practical part includes a short analysis and comparison of the offer of the chosen flight schools with emphasis on the financial aspect. It covers the evaluation of a qualitative research in form of controlled interviews with the airline pilots. This method was chosen to achieve the aim of the thesis. The output of the thesis are responses to research questions regarding the financial demands of getting the position of the airline pilot and the expected period of cost-return. |
