| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává a problematice personálního marketingu hotelu. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat personální marketing vybraného hotelu v Praze a posoudit sílu zaměstnanecké značky hotelu. K dosažení cíle byla uskutečněna situační analýza, na základě interních dokumentů hotelu, osobních zkušeností a internetového šetření. Další šetření bylo vykonáno mezi zaměstnanci hotelu v podobě individuálních hloubkových rozhovorů, jejichž cílem bylo odhalit aktuální vnímání zaměstnanecké značky k hotelu. Na závěr byl navrhnut plán personálního marketingu vybraného hotelu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis concerns the issue of personnel marketing of the hotel. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the personnel marketing of a selected hotel in Prague and to assess the strength of the hotel employee brand. A situation analysis, based on the internal documents of the hotel, personal experience and an internet survey, was effectuated to achieve the goal. Further research was carried out among the employees of the hotel in the form of individual in-depth interviews and aimed at revealing the current perception of the employee's brand of the hotel. In the end, a personal marketing plan of the selected hotel was proposed. |
