| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění Air Bank, a.s. Práce je členěna do dvou částí na teoretickou a empirickou. V první části jsou formulována specifika bank pro účely oceňování včetně popisu a analýzy jednotlivých metod oceňování komerčních bank a možnosti jejich využití. Ve druhé části je uvedena stručná charakteristika Air Bank, a.s. Dále je zpracována finanční a strategická analýza banky včetně sestavení finančního plánu. V závěru práce je provedeno samotné ocenění vybranými oceňovacími metodami a stanovení výsledné hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is a valuation of Air Bank, a.s. The thesis is composed of two parts – theoretical and empirical. The first part defines the specifics of banks for valuation purposes, including description and analysis of individual methods of valuation of commercial banks and the potentiality of their use. The second part gives a brief description of Air Bank, a.s. Furthermore, the financial and strategic analysis of the bank is elaborated, including the outline of the financial plan. In the conclusion, the actual valuation is carried out by selected valuation methods and the final value is determined. |
