| Abstract: | eMobilita je jedním z nejvýznamnějších automobilových trendů 21. století. Znovuobjevený zájem o elektrickou mobilitu pramení především z obav dopadů klimatických změn, ke kterým výrazně přispívá právě dopravní sektor. Elektromobilita se ve světě rozvíjí značně nerovnoměrně, což je důsledkem působení celé řady faktorů na její rozvoj. Některé faktory působí jako překážky jejího rozvoje, jiné zase rozvoj elektromobility podporují. Z těchto faktorů pak vyplývá řada předpokladů, jejichž naplnění výrazně napomáhá rozvoji elektromobility v dané zemi. Latinská Amerika sice nestojí v popředí elektromobilové revoluce, díky svým jedinečným charakteristikám zde ale může elektromobilita dostát svého závazku čisté a udržitelné mobility lépe, než v kterékoliv jiném regionu světa. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat překážky a potenciál Latinské Ameriky pro masový rozvoj elektromobility. Za účelem naplnění tohoto cíle jsou nejprve analyzovány jednotlivé obecné faktory ovlivňující rozvoj elektromobility, na jejichž základě jsou poté stanoveny určité předpoklady pro její masový rozvoj. Jednotlivé silné a slabé stránky Latinské Ameriky jsou následně identifikovány na základě analýzy vybraných zemí Latinské Ameriky – Brazílie, Mexika, Argentiny a Kolumbie, podle těchto předpokladů. |

| Abstract: | eMobility is one of the most important automotive trends in the 21st century. The rediscovered interest in electric mobility stems primarily from concerns about the impacts of climate change, which is strongly influenced by emissions from the transport sector. As a consequence of number of factors affecting the deployment of electric cars, electric car sales are not evenly distributed across the globe. Some of these factors act as barriers, while others on the other hand support the adoption of electric vehicles. Based on these factors several general preconditions for mass electric vehicle adoption can be established. Latin America is not at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution, but thanks to its unique characteristics it’s one of the few regions where electromobility can truly live up to its commitment to clean and sustainable mobility. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify the barriers and potential of Latin America for the mass development of electromobility. In order to fulfill this goal, first the individual general factors influencing the adoption of electromobility are analyzed, on the basis of which certain preconditions for its mass development are determined. Finally, based on these preconditions an analysis of selected Latin American countries – Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia, is carried out and individual strengths and weaknesses of Latin America are identified. |
