| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Problematika expanze na zahraniční trhy na příkladu firmy HoppyGo, s.r.o“ se zabývá expanzí služby peer-to-peer carsharingu na polský trh. První kapitola obeznamuje čtenáře s principem fungování konceptu sdílení aut přes platformu HoppyGo a také se současnými a budoucími trendy v této oblasti. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na přípravnou fázi expanze jak z hlediska teorie, tak v praxi na příkladu Polska a HoppyGo. Ve třetí kapitole je doporučení, které vyplývá z provedených analýz, prozkoumaných trhů a strategií spolu s vhodnou metodou vstupu na trh. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis named „Problems of expansion to foreign markets on the example of HoppyGo, s.r.o“ deals with expansion of peer-to-peer carsharing service to the Polish market. The first chapter acquaints readers with the main principle of the concept of car sharing via the platform HoppyGo and also with current and future trends in this area. The second chapter focuses on the preparatory phase of expansion both in terms of theory and practice on the example of Poland and HoppyGo. In the third chapter there is a recommendation that follows from the analyses, examined markets and strategies together with a suitable mode of entry. |
