| Abstract: | Cílem práce je potvrdit či vyvrátit tvrzení vedení velkých zemědělských podniků, že nelze zavádět do praxe různé formy tzv. agroforestry (agrolesnictví), protože jde o dlouhověké kultury, s nimiž nesouhlasí vlastníci pronajatých pozemků. Nejdříve jsem provedla analýzu vybrané oblasti a následně navrhla revitalizační opatření s alokací agrolesnických kultur. Pro zjištění postojů vlastníků půdy k agrolesnictví byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumu se účastnilo 8 vlastníků pozemků, kteří byli vybrání na základě 3 podmínek. Výsledkem práce bylo potvrzení či vyvrácení domněnky vedení zemědělských podniků a navržení revitalizace vzhledem k zjištěným výsledkům analýzy území. Na základě rozhovorů bylo zjištěno, že vlastníkům půdy nevadí zavádění do praxe různých forem agrolesnictví a tím jsem domněnku vedení velkých zemědělských podniků vyvrátila. |

| Abstract: | The objective of work is to confirm or disprove the statement of big agrarian companies, claiming that different forms of agroforestry cannot be implemented, because they are long-life cultures. The owners of rented lands disagree with them. First, I have made analysis of selected area, followed by revitalization plan, with allocation of agroforestry cultures. To find out the landlords attitude to agroforestry, half-structured conversation was used. 8 landlords participated in this research, as they were selected based on 3 conditions. The result of project was confirmation or disproval of big agrarian companies speculation, and suggesting the revitalization plan according to the discovered results of area analysis. Based on conversations, it has been found out the landlords don`t mind the implementation of different forms of agroforrestry, resulting in disproving the speculation of big agrarian companies. |
