| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu managementu ubytovacích zařízení se zaměřením na ekologické aspekty. Teoretická část se zabývá rekapitulací známých obecných poznatků o cestovním ruchu, managementu ubytovacích zařízení a green managementu. Praktická část se následně soustředí na výzkum uplatňování ekologických opatření v provozu deseti konkrétních ubytovacích zařízení v České republice. Zdrojem informací pro výzkum je provedené dotazníkové šetření. Cílem výzkumu je identifikovat a získat povědomí o konkrétních ekologických opatření využívaných v provozu malých ubytovacích zařízení. Výstupem práce je formulace závěrů a doporučení pro zlepšení environmentálního managementu v praxi na základě provedené komparativní analýzy deseti ubytovacích zařízení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of management of accommodation facilities with a focus on ecological aspects. The theoretical part deals with the recapitulation of known general knowledge about tourism, management of accommodation facilities and green management. The practical part then focuses on research of the application of ecological measures into the operation of ten specific accommodation facilities in the Czech Republic. The source of information for this research is a questionnaire survey. The aim of this research is to identify and acquire awareness of specific ecological measures used in the operation of small accommodation facilities. The outcome of this thesis is the formulation of conclusions and recommendations for improving environmental management in the practice of small accommodation facilities, which are based on the comparative analysis of ten specific accommodation facilities. |
