| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vícekriteriálním hodnocením zahraničních vysokých škol, které se nachází v zemích oblíbených českými studeny pro studijní program Erasmus+. Cílem práce je nalézt úplné uspořádání všech variant a získat tak kompletní žebříček univerzit, což pomůže potenciálnímu studentovi při rozhodování o své budoucnosti. Na reálná data o dvaceti čtyř univerzitách z dvanácti zemí jsou aplikovány metody TOPSIS s vektorovou normalizací, TOPSIS s lineární normalizací a VIKOR. Varianty jsou hodnoceny dle patnácti různých kritérií, jejichž váhový vektor je získán pomocí Metfesselovy alokace. Výsledky jsou analyzovány a porovnány se světovými žebříčky Academic Ranking of World Universities, The World University Rankings a QS Top Univesities. Využívanými nástroji pro nalezení úplného uspořádání jsou R Studio a SANNA, která je vystavěna v programovacím jazyce Visual Basic. V poslední části práce je SANNA rozšířena o lexikografickou metodu a VIKOR. |

| Abstract: | This Master thesis talks about multicriteria evaluation of various foreign universities which are popular among Czech students especially for their Erasmus+ study programs. The aim of the thesis is to create complete ranking of universities based on the variants arrangement. The list can then help potential students make up their mind and decide about their future. Methods like TOPSIS based on vector normalization, TOPSIS based on linear normalization or VIKTOR are applied on the real data taken from 24 universities in 12 different countries. The evaluation of variants is based on 15 criterias. The weight vector of each criteria is obtained using Metfessel allocation. The results are analyzed and compared with international rankings like Academic Ranking of World Universities, The World University Rankings and QS Top Universities. R Studio or SANNA (in programming language Visual Basic) are the tools which are used to find the complete arrangement. In the final part of the Master thesis, SANNA is extended by lexicographic method and VIKOR. |
