| Abstract: | Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit vývoj a identifikovat limity regionální integrace v Latinské Americe ve 21. století. S využitím konceptů otevřeného, post-liberálního, resp. post-hegemonického regionalismu, které jsou poplatné současnému latinskoamerickému kontextu a které rozvíjejí dřívější pojmy tzv. starého a nového regionalismu, budou analyzovány a srovnány tři případy mezinárodních organizací: MERCOSUR jako případ tzv. otevřeného regionalismu, UNASUR jako případ tzv. post-liberálního regionalismu a PROSUR jako případ snahy o návrat k otevřenému regionalismu. Z metodického hlediska se bude práce opírat o rešerši sekundární literatury, ale i o analýzu primárních pramenů (např. zakládajících dokumentů a deklarací organizací) a dostupných statistických dat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the development and identify the limits of regional integration in Latin America in the 21st century. Using the concepts of open, post-liberal or post-hegemonic regionalism, three cases of international organizations will be analyzed and compared: MERCOSUR as a case of open regionalism, UNASUR as a case of post-liberal regionalism and PROSUR as an attempt to return to open regionalism. From a methodological point of view, the work will be based on a search of secondary literature, but also on the analysis of primary sources (eg. founding documents and declarations of mentioned organizations) and available statistical data. |
