| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení současného stavu odpadového hospodář-ství města Černošice. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy a le-gislativní normy, které se váží k problematice komunálních odpadů. Diplomová prá-ce se rovněž zaobírá novým přístupem cirkulární ekonomiky, na jejíchž principech vystavěla Evropská unie nová nařízení, týkající se odpadů, která v příštích letech ovlivní i nakládání s odpady v České republice. V praktické části se diplomová práce zaměřuje na kritické zhodnocení funkčnosti odpadového hospodářství města Černošice, analyzuje produkci i nákladnost sou-časného systému. Na základě této analýzy, provedených strukturovaných rozhovo-rů a terénního průzkumu budou odhaleny nedostatky a prostory ke zlepšení, ke kterým se v závěru budou vázat obecná doporučení pro zefektivnění chodu odpa-dového hospodářství obce. Bude zkoumáno, zda by městu pomohlo zavedení moti-vačně evidenčního systému MESOH. Bude provedena kalkulace změn jak produkč-ních, tak finančních. Modelací bude prezentováno, jakých výsledků by s jeho pomocí město mohlo dosahovat v budoucích letech a v jakých ohledech by se městu tento systém vyplatilo zavést. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of waste management in the town Černošice. The theoretical part characterizes the basic concepts and legislative standards related to the issue of municipal waste. The thesis also deals with a new approach to circular economics, on the principles of which the European Union has built new waste regulations, which will also affect waste management in the Czech Republic in the future years.The practical part of the thesis focuses on a critical evaluation of the functionality of waste management in the town Černošice, analyzes the production and costs of the current system. Based on this analysis, conducted structured interviews and field research, shortcomings and areas for improvement will be revealed to which general recommendations for streamlining the operation of the waste management of the municipality will be tied in the end. It will be examined whether the introduction of the MESOH motivational registration system would help the city. The calculation of both production and financial changes will be performed. The modeling will present what results the city could achieve with its help in the coming years. |
