| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce vymezuje pojem vzdělání, zabývá se jeho charakteristickými rysy, jež jsou podstatné pro rozhodování o způsobu financování tohoto ekonomického statku. Zkoumá systém financování vysokých škol v Austrálii, zabývá se jeho silnými i slabými stránkami. Poslední část je věnována stručnému popisu financování vysokého školství v České republice. Pozornost je věnována zejména nedostatkům tohoto financování a možnostem implementace některých prvků z australského systému Higher Education Contribution Scheme. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with concept of education, especially tertiary education, considering it's characteristic features that are necessary to be able to make decisions about financing of this grange. It investigates the system of financing tertiary education in Australia, deals with it's eminency and also it's weak spots. The last part presents brief description of financing tertiary education in Czech Republic. It marks main drawbacks of this financing and a possibility of implementation some elements from australian financing system Higher Education Contribution Scheme. |
