| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje důvody fluktuace a retence zaměstnanců firmy X. Nejprve vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se fluktuace, motivace a dalších faktorů ovlivňujících retenci zaměstnanců. V praktické části zjišťuje důvody pro fluktuaci a retenci v řadách za-městnanců společnosti X, jak tuto situaci vnímají personální manažeři společnosti a situaci trhu práce ve skupinách potenciálních zaměstnanců. K získání informací je použito dotazní-kového šetření, focus group a osobního pozorování. Výsledky výzkumu jsou základem pro vytvoření plánu pro zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the reasons for staff turnover and employee retention in company X. First, it defines the basic concepts related to turnover, motivation and other factors affecting employee retention. The practical part investigates the reasons for employee turnover and retention of employees, in the ranks of company X, how the situation is perceived by HR executives and the labor market situation among groups of potential employees. To obtain information the thesis uses a questionnaire survey, focus groups, and personal observation. The research results are the basis for developing a plan for improvement. |
