| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou studentů vybraných ekonomicky zaměřených veřejných vysokých škol. K analýze je použita popisná statistika, na základě které je porovnáván vývoj počtu studentů jednotlivých fakult s vývojem počtu obyvatel České republiky ve věku 19 – 25 let. Dále je analyzován poměr mezi počty přihlášených a zapsaných studentů. Poslední výzkumná otázka se věnuje krajské příslušnosti studentů z jednotlivých fakult. Data pro analýzu jsou získána především z Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy a Českého statistického úřadu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis analyzes students of selected Faculties of Economics at public universities. The analysis, as a main method, uses descriptive statistics based on which three research questions are raised and answered. The thesis is dedicated to the development of quantity of students at individual faculties compared to the development of population in Czech Republic at the age of 19 to 25 years. The second research question analyzes ratio between number of students who applied for study program and students who in the end started to study it. The last research question examines the structure of students according to their regions of origin at individual faculties. Most of the data were collected from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and from the Czech Statistical Office. |
