| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit motivační a vzdělávací systém Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Teoretická část práce je věnována rešerši základních pojmů. Následuje metodická část, kde jsou uvedeny, popsány a argumentovány zvolené metody výzkumu, jež byly i přes své limity zvoleny jako nejvhodnější. Konkrétně byla použita metoda interview a dotazníkového šetření. Praktická část práce už se zabývá samotným výzkumem a využitím zmíněných metod v praxi. V závislosti na výsledku uskutečněného výzkumu jsou podány návrhy a doporučení na případná zlepšení současného stavu v oblasti motivace, benefitů, rozvoje a vzdělávání neakademických zaměstnanců univerzity. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the motivational and educational system of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to a search of basic concepts. The following is a methodological part, where the selected research methods are listed, described and argued, which were, despite their limits, chosen as the most suitable. Specifically, the method of interview and questionnaire survey was used. The practical part of the work already deals with the research itself and the use of the mentioned methods in practice. Depending on the results of the research, suggestions and recommendations are made for possible improvements to the current situation in the field of motivation, benefits, development and education of non-academic university employees. |
