| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zpracovává a analyzuje vzdělávání pracovníků v organizaci. Teoretická část souhrnně popisuje teorii vzdělávání pracovníků a vzdělávací proces v organizaci. V praktické části je vysvětlená teorie použita na konkrétní organizaci fungující v bankovním sektoru. V této části je analyzován vzdělávací systém organizace na základně rozhovoru s personálním oddělením. Dále je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, které proběhlo na vzorku zaměstnanců z dané bankovní organizace a na základě těchto výsledků byla provedena komparace s interview. Pomocí srovnání jsou navržena doporučení a závěry ke zlepšení systému vzdělávání pracovníků v této organizaci. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thehis analyses and processes the data regarding the education of employees in the organisation. The theoretical part summarizes and describes the theory of the education of employees and the educational process within the organisation. In the practical part, the theory used for a specific banking sector organisation is explained. In this part, the educational system of the organisation is analysed based on the interview with the human resources department. Following is the evaluation of the survey, which was conducted on a sample of the organisation's employees. Based on the survey's results, a comparison a conclusion is made and suggestions are proposed to improve the education of the employees in the organisation. |
