| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přeshraničním licencováním užití hudebních děl v legislativním rámci EU. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké jsou právní aspekty přeshraničního licencování v ČR ve světle recentně přijaté legislativy EU. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje analýze a následné deskripci právních pramenů upravující danou problematiku. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na implementaci směrnice 2014/26/EU v praxi kolektivních správců. Tato část práce byla uskutečněna prostřednictvím šetření formou dotazníku, na který zástupci kolektivních správců odpovídali. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with cross-border licensing of musical works in the legislative framework of EU. The aim of this work is to find out what are the legal aspects of cross-border licensing in the Czech republic in the light of recently adopted EU legislation. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis and subsequent description of legal sources regulating the issue. The practical part of the work focuses on the implementation of Directive 2014/26/EU in the practice of collective management organisations. This part of the work was carried out through a survey in the form of a questionnaire, to which the representatives of the collective administrators answered. |
