| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovými ráji a způsoby jejich využití. Cílem je komparace daňového zatížení ve vybraných offshorových jurisdikcích a v České republice. V teoretické části uvádím definici a charakteristiku daňových rájů, jejich vlastnosti a výhody či nevýhody, které offshore centra společnostem přinášejí. Rovněž představuji konkrétní daňové ráje a identifikuji jejich povinnosti a náležitosti. V praktické části sleduji současný vývoj počtu českých firem s vlastníkem v daňových rájích. Na modelovém příkladu pak výši daně z příjmu právnických osob v daňových rájích srovnávám s fiktivní společností v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with tax havens and their ways of usage. The aim is to compare the tax burden in selected offshore jurisdictions and in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part I present the definition and characteristics of tax havens, their properties and advantages or disadvantages that offshore centres bring to companies. I also present specific tax havens and identify their duties and particulars. In the practical part I follow the current development of the number of Czech companies with owners in tax havens. On a model example, I compare the amount of corporate income tax in tax havens with a fictitious company in the Czech Republic. |
