| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá spotřebním chováním vysokoškolských studentů na trhu bramborových lupínků v České republice. V rámci celé práce je kladen důraz na faktory, které ovlivňují spotřebitele při nákupu potravin. Cílem je zhodnocení vlivu značky na výběr produktu. Za účelem zkoumání preferencí v dané oblasti je navržen dvoufázový experiment zaměřený na konzumaci předem určených vzorků. V první fázi se degustací zkoumá povědomí o značce a v druhé míra vlivu značky při hodnocení chuti. Obě části experimentu jsou doplněny dotazníkovým šetřením k zmapování současného stavu konzumace v oblasti bramborových lupínků. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the consumer behavior of university students in the market of potato chips in the Czech Republic. Throughout the work, emphasis is placed on the factors that affect food purchasing process. The aim is to evaluate the influence of the brand on product selection. In order to examine the preferences in a given area, a two-phase experiment focused on the consumption of predetermined samples is proposed. In the first phase brand awareness is exemined by tasting and in the second measurement of brand influence in taste evaluation is made. Both parts of the experiment are supplemented by a questionnaire survey to map the current state of consumption in the field of potato chips. |
