| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on marketing communication in the banking industry, investigates current trends in the financial environment, characterizes marketing communications of services and provides its applications on an example of Raiffeisenbank, a.s.The aim of this thesis is to explore different means of marketing communication of the above-mentioned bank, investigate current trends, describe current marketing campaigns used for targeting different segments, focus on the partnerships and sponsoring, discover preferences of the consumers and provide recommendations for the marketing communication practices. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu marketingové komunikace a současných trendů v bankovním průmyslu na příkladu vybrané banky, v tomto případě Raiffeisenbank, a.sCílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat a popsat různé způsoby marketingové komunikace výše uvedené banky, popsat současné marketingové kampaně, zaměřit se na marketingové akce a partnerství a poskytnout doporučení pro zlepšení marketingové komunikace ve finančním sektoru. |
