| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zákonnou úpravou architektonických soutěží jako soutěží o návrh a jejich úpravou podle Soutěžního řádu České komory architektů. Na základě porovnání obou úprav v čase byl analyzován problém označování architektonických soutěží jako neregulérních ze strany České komory architektů. Cílem práce bylo nalezení vhodného propojení obou úprav tak, aby architektonické soutěže představovaly přehledný postup pro výběr architektonického návrhu. Návrh řešení spoluaplikovatelnosti v závěru práce vychází z dřívějších novel zákona o veřejných zakázkách. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the legislation of architectural competitions and their regulations according to “Soutěžní řád České komory architektů”. The problematics of marking an architectural competition as improper by “Česká komora architektů” was analysed with the comparative study of both previously mentioned regulations in time. The aim of the thesis was to find a suitable combination of both regulations so that every architectural competition would represent a transparent process for the selection of an architectural design. The proposed solution at the end of the thesis is based on the former amendments of the Czech law on public procurements. |
