| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá obchodováním s jatečným skotem mezi Německem a ČR na příkladu malé rodinné firmy sídlící v pohraničí. První kapitola představuje různé druhy a plemena skotu, společně s historií chovatelství a přepravou zvířat. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán vybraný podnik. Třetí kapitola je tvořena strategickou analýzou podniku se zaměřením na obchod se skotem a poslední kapitola slouží ke shrnutí výsledků a formulaci doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on trading with cattle between Germany and Czech Republic on the example of small family company with headquarters in border area. The first chapter introduces various species and breeds of cattle, together with the history of breeding and animal transportation. In the second chapter is the characteristics of the chosen company. The third chapter is made by strategic analysis with focus on trade with cattle and the last chapter serves to summarize findings and to propose recommendations. |
