| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit výsledky mírové operace OSN-UNPROFOR v bývalé Jugoslávii za použití evaluačního rámce Diehl-Druckman. V teoretické části práci je objasněno teoretické ukotvení peacekeepingu a vývoj teorie v oblasti hodnocení peacekeepingových operací. Základem teoretické části je evaluační rámec Diehl-Druckman, který poskytuje vhodná kritéria pro hodnocení peacekeepingových operací. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou dále uplatněny v praktické části. V praktické části je tento evaluační rámec aplikován na základní cíle mise UNPROFOR. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the results of the UN-UNPROFOR peacekeeping operation in the former Yugoslavia using the Diehl-Druckman evaluation framework. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the theoretical anchoring of peacekeeping and the development of theory in the field of peacekeeping operations evaluation. The basis of the theoretical part is the evaluation framework Diehl-Druckman, which provides appropriate criteria for the evaluation of peacekeeping operations. These theoretical findings are further applied in the practical part. In the practical part, this evaluation framework is applied to the basic objectives of UNPROFOR mission. |
