| Abstract: | Tato práce má za cíl zjistit vztah mezi motivací a hodnotami u manažerů ve velkých podnicích v jižních Čechách. Pro zkoumání vztahu bylo zapotřebí nejprve zjistit, jaký je hodnotový systém manažerů a jaký je jejich motivační profil. Výzkum probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření ve velkých jihočeských podnicích, které patří do CZ-NACE C. Ke sběru dat byly použity standardizované dotazníky, které mi poskytla vedoucí práce. Pro zjištění hodnotového systému byl použit PVQ dotazník a pro zjištění motivačního profilu byl využit LMI dotazník. Data byla vyhodnocená pomocí popisné statistiky a vztahy byly vyhodnoceny pomocí Personova korelačního koeficientu. Pro ověření statistické významnosti byl použit Studentův t-test. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to find the relationship between motivation and values of managers in large companies in South Bohemia. First, it was necessary to research the current value system of managers and what their current is their motivational profile. The research was conducted by surveying at Southern Bohemian firms which are a part of CZ-NACE C. Standardized questionnaires were used to collect data. The questionnaires were provided by my supervisor. The PVQ questionnaire was used to find out the value system and the LMI questionnaire was used for the motivational profile. The data was evaluated by descriptive statistic and the relationships were evaluated by the Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Student’s t-test was used to verify the statistical significance. |
