| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá dotacemi v pojetí finančního managementu, konkrétně hodnotí dopad řízení dotace na finanční hospodaření vybraného podniku působícím v zemědělském odvětví. Pro rozbor finančního hospodaření vybraného podniku jsou kalkulovány vybrané finanční ukazatele, které odhalí konkrétní důsledky v případě získání či nezískání dotace, stejně jako v případě trvalého naplnění nebo ukončení plně-ní podmínek pro přijetí dotace. Pro zhodnocení vlivu dotací na podnik jsou využity jak získané výsledky, tak řízený rozhovor s ředitelem firmy. Vyústěním práce je doporuče-ní a plán, jak dále pokračovat v konkurenčním prostředí bez dotačních podpor či jejich ztráty. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with subsidies in the concept of the financial management, specifically evaluates the impact of grant management of the financial management which operates in the agricultural sector. The financial indicators are calculated for analysis of the financial economy of the selected company which are for revelation the specific consequences in the case of obtaining or not obtaining a subsidy, as well as in case of permanent fulfillment or termination of fulfillment of conditions for the acceptance of subsidy. The obtained results are used for the rating of the company and for the interview with the manager of the company. The result of this work is a recommendation and a plan how to continue in a competitive environment without subsidies or their loss. |
