| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza současného podnikatelského prostředí Estonska s charakteristikou jeho specifik, přičemž práce přináší odpověď na otázku, zda je v současné chvíli podnikatelské prostředí v Estonsku příznivé pro zahraniční investory či nikoliv. Druhotným cílem práce je identifikace perspektivních odvětví a případných obchodních příležitostí pro české investory, kteří uvažují o vstupu na estonský trh. První kapitola práce se zabývá teoretickým úvodem do problematiky, kdy je definováno podnikatelské prostředí a PESTLE analýza jakožto základní metoda použitá v práci. Po teoretickém úvodu se kapitola druhá věnuje podrobné PESTLE analýze vnějších faktorů a přináší komplexní zhodnocení podnikatelského prostředí v zemi. Třetí a poslední kapitola se věnuje vzájemným obchodním vztahům mezi Estonskem a Českou republikou, podmínkám vstupu českého subjektu na tamější trh a především mapuje perspektivní odvětví podnikání v Estonsku, která představují obchodní příležitosti pro české společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the current business environment of Estonia including the characteristics of its particularities and besides that, the thesis deals with the question whether the business environment in Estonia is currently favourable for foreign investors or not. The secondary objective of the thesis is to identify promising industries and potential business opportunities for Czech investors who are considering entering the Estonian market. The first chapter deals with the theoretical introduction to the issue, whilst the business environment and PESTLE analysis are defined. In the second chapter is conducted a detailed PESTLE analysis of external factors whose outcome is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the business environment in the country. The last chapter deals with the mutual trade relations between Estonia and the Czech Republic, it describes the conditions of entry of the Czech entity into the local market and identifies the promising business sectors in Estonia which represent business opportunities for Czech companies. |
