| Abstract: | Diplomová práce si klade za cíl charakterizovat výrobní a prodejní koncept společnosti IKEA s přihlédnutím k CSR. V teoretické části práce je představena společnost IKEA od historie až po současnou situaci. Podstatou stěžejních kapitol je samotná analýza výrobního procesu a rozbor prodejního konceptu společnosti mezi lety 2015-2018 s vizemi do budoucna. Práci uzavírá vlastní výzkum CSR aktivit a jejich vnímání ve vybraných obchodních domech IKEA v Čechách, na Slovensku a ve Švédsku a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to characterize manufacturing and sales concept of IKEA taking account CSR. In the theoretical part of this thesis is an introduction of IKEA from its history to present days. The main task of practical part is concentration on analysis of manufacturing process and sales concept of IKEA between 2015-2018 with a brief visions for the future. The master thesis ends with the research of CSR activities and their perceptions in selected IKEA stores in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Sweden and analysis of the questionnaire survey. |
