| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje Nizozemsku a jeho specifikům v obchodu a podnikání. Hlavním cílem práce je podání uceleného obrazu s důrazem na obecné zhodnocení této země, její kulturní specifika ve srovnání s Českou republikou a z toho vyplývající doporučení pro české firmy, jež plánují s Nizozemskem spolupracovat nebo se případně chtějí inspirovat pro své vlastní podnikání. Práce využívá metod PEST a SWOT analýzy, informace jsou doplněny poznatky z hloubkového rozhovoru a dotazníkových šetření. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of the Netherlands and its specifics in trade and business. The main aim of this work is to provide a comprehensive picture with an emphasis on the general appreciation of this country, its cultural specifics in comparison with the Czech Republic and the resulting recommendations for Czech companies that plan to cooperate with the Netherlands or possibly want to get inspired for their own business. The work uses methods of PEST and SWOT analysis, information is supplemented by knowledge from in-depth interviews and questionnaires. |
