| Abstract: | Tato práce má za cíl analyzovat bonusové programy zdravotních pojišťoven a jejich přidanou hodnotu pro policisty ve službách Policie České republiky z pohledu autorky jakožto policistky ve službě Policie České republiky a její praxe a zkušeností. K této analýze jsou využity výroční zprávy zdravotních pojišťoven za roky 2014 - 2018 a veřejně dostupné informace. Druhý cíl práce je zjistit statisticky významný rozdíl mezi skupinou policistů a nepolicistů neboli civilistů v jejich stanovisku k bonusovým produktům zdravotních pojišťoven. K získání vstupních dat je využito dotazníkové šetření, kdy vybrané otázky jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí Chí-kvadrát statistického testu nebo pomocí Mann-Whitneyho testu.Rozborem je zjištěno, že ačkoliv mají pojišťovny širokou nabídku příspěvků, tak žádnou přidanou hodnotu z pohledu produktu policistům nenabízí. Tímto je potvrzena i první výzkumná otázka práce.V rámci druhého cíle je zjišťován statisticky významný rozdíl v zájmu o bonusové programy pouze u skupiny civilů, tedy lidí v pracovním poměru. Skupina policistů má statisticky významnější rozdíl v míře souhlasu v otázce, zda by měli policisté získat nějaký bonus navíc od své zdravotní pojišťovny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to analyze bonus programs of health insurance companies and their value added to police officers in the service of the Police of the Czech Republic. Annual reports of health insurance companies for years 2014 – 2018 and publicly available information are used for this analysis. At the same time author of this thesis used practical experiences as police officer in the service of the Police of the Czech Republic.The second object of this thesis is to classify statistically the opinion disparity between police officers and civilians on bonuses products of health insurance companies. Input data are obtained by a questionnaire survey. Selected questions are process through a chi-squared test or Mann-Whitney’s test.From the first analysis we see, that even though health insurance companies have a wide offer of products, there is no value added.In the second analysis we observed a significant difference of interest in bonus programs but only from civilians (people with employment relationship). On a question whether should police officers get some additional bonuses from health insurance compenies, it was detected significant difference in consents from police officers. |
