| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy konkrétní výrobní linky ve společnosti BNM Autoelektronika vyhodnotit současný stav implementovaných metod štíhlé výroby. V případě implementace metod byla provedena analýza současného stavu, případně navržena opatření managementu společnosti. Pokud metoda štíhlé výroby nebyla implementována, bude detailně popsána implementace na výrobní lince. Teoretická část čtenáře seznámí s historií štíhlé výroby, počínaje Whitneyho zaměnitelností komponent, přes Henryho Forda, až k vytvoření Toyota Production System v Japonsku. Dále bude detailně popsán zmiňovaný Toyota Production System, popsány základní metody štíhlé výroby a v krátkosti představeny problémy, které mohou nastat při implementaci principů štíhlé výroby. Hlavním jádrem této diplomové práce bude praktická část a analýza jednotlivých metod štíhlé výroby na dané výrobní lince a na závěr budou určeny konkrétní doporučení managementu společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is based on the analysis of a specific production line in the company BNM Autoelektronika to evaluate the current state of implemented methods of lean manufacturing. In the case of implementation of methods, an analysis of the current state was performed, or measures of the company's management were proposed. If the lean manufacturing method has not been implemented, the implementation on the production line will be described in detail. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the history of lean manufacturing, from Whitney's interchangeability of components, through Henry Ford, to the creation of the Toyota Production System in Japan. Furthermore, the mentioned Toyota Production System will be described in detail, the basic methods of lean production will be described and the problems that may occur during the implementation of the principles of lean production will be briefly introduced. The main core of this diploma thesis will be the practical part and analysis of individual methods of lean production on the production line and at the end will be determined specific recommendations of the company's management. |
