Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo definovat rozdíly mezi managementem kamenných prodejen a e-shopů a tyto rozdíly ověřit na názorech manažerů v praxi. Nejprve tedy byly roze-brány charakteristiky kamenné prodejny a e-shopu a jednotlivé oblasti, které jsou v těchto místech prodeje řízeny. Následně byly z těchto informací formulovány roz-díly a otázky a byla sestavena škála, která sloužila k otestování názorů manažerů v praxi. Sběr dat proběhl pomocí dotazníku u manažerů kamenných prodejen i e-shopů v České republice. V práci jsou prezentována zjištěná data a statisticky otesto-vány hypotézy. V práci se podařilo potvrdit všechny hypotézy, a tím potvrdit odliš-nost názorů manažerů kamenných prodejen a e-shopů na rozdíly mezi těmito dvě-ma místy prodeje. Práce je strukturována podle 4P marketingu.

Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to define differences between management of brick-and-mortar stores and e-shops and to verify these differences on opinions of managers in practice. First, the characteristics of a brick-and-mortar store and e-shop were analyzed together with branches which need to be managed in these points of sale. Differences and questions were formulated from this information and a scale, which was used to test opinions of managers in practice, was made. Collection of data was carried over using a questionnaire at managers of brick-and-mortar stores and e-shops in the Czech republic. Collected data are presented and the hypothesis were statistically tested in the thesis. All of the hypothesis were confirmed and so was the difference between opinions of brick-and-mortar stores and e-shops on differences between these two points of sale. The thesis is structured according to the 4P of marketing.
