| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší význam certifikace stravovacích zařízení pro provozovatele a hosty těchto zařízení. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy certifikací a primárního výzkumu zhodnotit význam certifikace stravovacích zařízení a zodpovědět výzkumné otázky, zda jsou certifikace provozovateli považovány za přínos a zda ovlivňují rozhodovací proces hostů. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy související s tématem. Druhá kapitola se zabývá certifikacemi v cestovním ruchu z obecného hlediska. Třetí kapitola analyzuje vybrané certifikace, jmenovitě Cyklisté vítáni, Czech Specials, Český systém kvality služeb, Michelinský průvodce, Maurerův výběr: Grand Restaurant a Zlatý lev. Čtvrtá kapitola na základě výstupu primárního výzkumu zhodnocuje význam certifikace stravovacích zařízení a zodpovídá výzkumné otázky. |

| Abstract: | Master's thesis focuses on the importance of restaurant quality certifications in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to assess the importance of restaurant certifications for both restaurant operators and customers based on analysis of quality certifications and primary research. The first chapter deals with the description of basic terms related to the topic. The second chapter covers certification in tourism in general terms. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of selected certifications, namely Cyclists Welcome, Czech Service Quality System, Czech Specials, Golden Lion, Maurer's Choice: Grand Restaurant, and Michelin Guide. The fourth chapter presents results obtained by primary research on the basis of which the importance of restaurant certifications is evaluated. |
