| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit životní styl generace mileniálů z pohledu zdraví. Jak se tato generace staví k zdravému životnímu stylu, zejména ke stravování a využití volného času ke sportování či jiným pohybovým aktivitám. Informace jsem získala díky dotazníkovému šetření, na jehož základě jsem se pokusila odpovědět na předem stanovené výzkumné otázky. Porovnání probíhalo mezi studenty základních, středních a vysokých škol. Jak se jejich postoj k danému tématu liší podle věku a zatím dosaženého vzdělání. V neposlední řadě proběhne porovnání BMI indexu získaného z dotazníků a zjištěného z dostupných celosvětových zdrojů. Případně jestli existuje souvislost mezi hodnotou BMI a životním stylem mileniálů v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor work is to find out the lifestyle of the generation of millennials from the point of view of health. How does this generation approach a healthy lifestyle, especially eating and using free time for sports or other physical activities. I obtained the information thanks to a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which I tried to answer predetermined research questions. The comparison was made between primary, secondary and university students. How their attitude to a given topic differs according to age and education so far. Last but not least, a comparison will be made of the BMI index obtained from questionnaires and found from available worldwide sources. Alternatively, whether there is a connection between the value of BMI and the lifestyle of millennials in the Czech Republic. |
