| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem mezi kvalitou zdravotní péče v ČR z pohledu objemových parametrů u hospitalizovaných pacientů a typy nemocnice. Typy nemoc-nice jsou myšleny fakultní nemocnice, velké krajské nemocnice a okresní nemocnice. Cílem je zjistit, zda existuje souvislost mezi měřitelnou kvalitou a počet výkonů, respektive počtem hospitalizací. Dalším cílem práce je na základě zahraničních studii určit objemové prahy operací, kdy je prokázána lepší kvalita. Na základě takto určených prahů je proveden benchmarking jednotlivých typů nemocnic a blíže představeno zdravotnictví vybraného kraje. V práci jsou použity produkční data nemocnic ČR. Data jsou podrobeny analýze s využitím X2 testu nezávislosti. Závěrem práce jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a stanovené hypotézy, které měli prokázat souvislost mezi typem nemocnice a kvalitou. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is pursuing the connection between quality of provided services for in-patient treatment in Czechia, focused on quantitative parameters and between different sorts of hospital facilities, reckoning the faculty hospitals, bigger regional hospitals, and smaller country hospitals.The aim of this thesis is to find the link, if it exists, between measurable quality and number of procedures and count of hospitalized patients.The next goal is to determine the quantitative threshold of interventions of higher qualities, based on foreign research.Based on in advance known parameters, a benchmark of each sort of hospital is done.In the research output data of the hospitals situated in Czechia is put into an X2 test analysis of independence. In the conclusion, research questions are answered, and the hypothesis of the proof of actual link between hospital and quality, is set. |
