| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nadcházejícím unijním programovým obdobím 2021–2027 a jeho porovnáním s předchozím obdobím 2014–2020. Zaměřuje se na instituty monitorování a hodnocení a institut řízení a kontroly. Jejím cílem je na uvedených institutech postihnout, jak se zmíněná programová období liší a vyhodnotit nalezené rozdíly. Vedle charakteristiky programového období a přehledu evropských fondů, je popsána pozice České republiky a zanalyzovány změny vybraných dílčích institutů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the European Union´s upcoming programming period 2021–2027 and its comparison with the previous programming period 2014–2020. It concentrates on the following activities: monitoring and evaluation and management and control. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate the differences between both periods based on the activities mentioned and to evaluate these differences. The thesis comprises characteristics of the upcoming period and an overview of the European funds, it also depicts the position of the Czech Republic and analyses the changes of monitoring, evaluation, and management and control. |
