| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vyzkoumat zda-li se právní úprava novely zákona o obchodních korporacích (zákon č. 33/2020 Sb.) odlišuje od aktuální právní úpravy (zákon č. 90/2012 Sb.) a nakolik přináší výraznou změnu v oblasti práva na podíl na zisku a jiných vlastních zdrojích, a to v četně související otázky, zda a za jakých podmínek lze i po novele zákona o obchodních korporacích modifikovat právo podílet se na zisku a jiných vlastních zdrojích. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to examine whether the legal regulation of the amendment to the Commercial Corporations Act (Act No. 33/2020 Coll.) differs from the current legal regulation (Act No. 90/2012 Coll.) And to what extent it brings a significant change in the field of share in profit and other own resources, including the related question of whether and under what conditions the right to participate in profit and other own resources can be modified even after the amendment of the Commercial Corporations Act. |
