| Abstract: | V této práci se nachází právně-ekonomický podklad slučující vybrané aspekty mezinárodní úpravy duševního vlastnictví, obchodního práva, práva ochrany osobních údajů, soukromého práva s ekonomickým rozměrem, jejichž průsečík představuje franchisingové podnikání v sektoru konzultantských služeb, konkrétně v prostředí orgánů veřejné moci a podnikatelského poradenství. Výsledkem je využití úpravy v podobě soupisu vstupních údajů, vytvoření podnikatelské strategie a realizace compliance na konkrétním podnikatelském start-up projektu. |

| Abstract: | This work incorporates legal and economic foundation uniting selected aspects of international juridical adaptations of intellectual property, commercial law, personal data protection regulation, private law with economic dimension intersecting in the form of franchising services business primarily in the government and business counselling environment. The result is utilization of the adaptation in the form of entrance information summary, establishment of business strategy and implementation of compliance to a specific business start-up project. |
