| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání právních souvislostí ceny za dílo a přibližuje frekventované způsoby platebního styku.Text je rozložen do tří celků dle názvu práce a mj. se snaží přiblížit vybrané situace nebo naznačit směr pro prevenci či předcházení potížím např. cestou precizování smlouvy.Autor přibližuje aktuální právní status např. u významného typu - smlouvy o dílo, kde převzetí díla i s vadami překonává konstrukce předchozích právních norem, a to pozitivně tím, že nově se pružně řeší situace nežádoucí ba nespravedlivé, kdy dřív mohlo být zhotoviteli odmítnuto převzetí a potažmo odměna i pro drobnější vadu (zásadně nebránící funkčnímu užívání díla jako celku). |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on examining the legal context of price for work and maps frequent methods of payment. The text is divided into three parts according to the title of thesis and approaches selected situations such as prevention of potential problems caused by insufficiently specified contracts. The author approaches the current legal status of a contract of significant type - a contract for work, where the takeover of the work with defects exceeds the construction of previous legal norms, positively by resolving the undesirable or even unfair situation, when in past the work could have been refused for minor defect and therefore left unpaid. |
