| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nesouladem v kvalifikacích ve Švédsku a České republice. Cílem práce je identifikovat rozdílné příčiny nesouladu v kvalifikacích (a to hlavně převzdělanosti) ve sledovaných zemích a porovnat, u které země má konkrétní zjištěná příčina větší šanci výši nesouladu negativně ovlivnit. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola nejprve vyčleňuje pojem nesoulad v kvalifikacích z pojmu nesoulad dovedností a detailně přibližuje převzdělanost a horizontální nesoulad. Zabývá se výskytem tohoto nesouladu v zemích OECD a jeho dopady. Druhá kapitola pak nabízí přehled příčin nesouladu, a to těch spojených s charakteristikou jednotlivce, firmy i těch spojených s nevhodně zvolenou státní politikou. Ve třetí kapitole jsou po přiblížení převzdělanosti ve sledovaných zemích představeny zdejší trhy práce a vývoj HDP. Následně práce identifikuje a srovnává příčiny převzdělanosti v obou zemích a okrajově predikuje budoucí vývoj některých z nich. Součástí této kapitoly jsou i výsledky krátkého dotazníkového šetření mezi Čechy a Švédy. Ty čtenáře seznamují mimo jiné s důvody, proč někteří pracovníci setrvávají v zaměstnání i přesto, že se cítí převzdělaní. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on qualification mismatch in Sweden and the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to identify different causes of qualification mismatch (especially of overeducation) in monitored countries and to compare in which country the specific cause is more likely to negatively affect the level of mismatch. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter separates the notion of qualification mismatch from the notion of skill mismatch and in detail describes overeducation and horizontal mismatch. It deals with the occurrence of this mismatch in OECD countries and its impact. The second chapter offers an overview of the causes of the mismatch, namely those associated with the characteristics of the individual, the company and those associated with inappropriately chosen state policy. In the third chapter, after further introducing overeducation in Sweden and the Czech Republic, local labour markets and GDP growth are introduced. Subsequently, the work identifies and compares the causes of overeducation in both countries and marginally predicts the future development of some of the causes. Also included in this chapter, are the results of a short questionnaire survey among Czechs and Swedes. This acquaints readers with why, among other things, some workers remain in employment despite feeling overeducated. |
